Join us for this in person workshop at our space in downtown Waterbury!
In this workshop, we will make my Polish grandma's version of potato pierogi! You'll learn how to make the pireogi dough, roll it out, make fillings, stuff, boil, freeze, and serve pierogi. My giant Polish family does this together as an army every holiday season so we'll roll up our sleeves and pretend we're all cousins for the evening of delicious fun!
This class cannot be gluten free, dairy free, or vegan with our recipe. Please disclose all allergies in the ticket registration. Please note we are not an allergen free facility.
