Set twelve stories up with panoramic views of the Hudson River and Empire State Building, PHD Rooftop transforms into a glimmering nightmare of luxury and excess. Guests will enjoy a 1-hour open vodka bar to kick off the night before the chaos unfolds, followed by world-class DJs spinning hip-hop, electronic, and open-format anthems late into the morning.
Expect flashing lights, champagne spills, and devilishly dressed icons moving through a cinematic scene of beauty, horror, and high fashion.
