Toronto Life Insider: Exclusive First Look at Fairmont Royal York's Festive Pop-Up!

Purveyors of Holiday Spirit Since 1929.

Fairmont Royal York grand halls are decked, the shakers are chilled, and you’re first on the list!

Join us on Tuesday, November 17 inside Gingerbread & Co., where the grandeur of Fairmont Royal York meets the magic of the holidays. Inspired by the warmth and wonder of an old-world holiday confectioner, join us for a first look at Gingerbread & Co.'s, this years’ festive pop-up, brimming with spirited cocktails, playful details and a generous sprinkle of spice.

As a Toronto Life Insider, you’ll unwrap it all before anyone else.

Your evening of merriment includes:

• Welcome cocktails to toast the start of the Festive season
• Passed canapés that are as delightful as they are delicious
• Festive cocktails from our brand-new holiday menu, served with a side of seasonal cheer
• Holiday Tales with a holiday poem written just for you, on the spot. Share a name, a memory, or a favourite tradition with our Gingerbread & Co. poet and watch it become verse, yours to take home as a keepsake of the night
• Photo opportunities at every twinkling turn, so bring your most festive smile.

From the first pour to the final flourish, Gingerbread & Co. is made for gathering, raising a glass and making merry in the heart of Toronto. Consider this your invitation to start the season.
