Staggered timeslots helps us ease our parking and manage crowds. Your timeslot indicates your arrival time. You may stay later than the timeslot you select, with the event closing at 8:30pm sharp. If you wish to see Santa or other characters, be sure to schedule your visit with us accordingly.  Tickets are discounted online to off-set service fees and are the only way to guarantee your ticket. In-store tickets will be more expensive.
