Be. is a series of restorative art workshops presented by Small World Centre in partnership with Baatn. 

Give your nervous system a break with this three-hour creative sanctuary; for anyone seeking rest, gentle release and a slower pace. Choice of four dates available.

Settle into an intimate, welcoming space with guided somatic grounding, intuitive art-making, homemade food and a playlist curated for the session. No artistic experience is needed. You are invited to participate in whatever way feels comfortable.

What to Expect

• Gentle Grounding
  Guided somatic practices to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and settle into the space.
• Intuitive Art-Making
  An unhurried, tactile creative activity that gives you room to explore and express what you are feeling. The focus is on the process, not the finished piece.
• Quiet Community
  Warm, low-pressure connection within a small group, with space for both conversation and quiet.
• Homemade Food and Music
  Homemade food to share, accompanied by a thoughtfully curated playlist for the session.
