Austen Silver is a touring comedian based out of Austin, TX.
Punctuated with clever, off the wall metaphors, Austen’s comedy centers on the mistakes and poorly informed decisions he’s made throughout his life, along with the lessons he’s learned while just trying to do his best. His style mixes storytelling, observational comedy, and playful cynicism.
He has performed at comedy clubs across the country and at festivals including Moontower. In 2025, he was a finalist in the Funniest Person in Austin contest.
Austen has also appeared in television commercials and HGTV’s What’s With That House?. His first comedy special, It Shouldn’t Be This Easy, is available on YouTube.
