Archdiocesan District YAL Conference 2026

With the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros, and funded in part by Leadership 100, the Greek Orthodox Archdiocesan District is hosting a Young Adult League (YAL) conference October 9-12, 2026 in New York City!

With the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America,  we are thrilled to announce the launch of the 3rd Annual Archdiocesan District Young Adult League (YAL) Conference!

The full conference will be taking place October 9-12, 2026 in New York City. This conference aims to bring together young adults from across our District—and the entire Archdiocese—for a transformative weekend of faith, fellowship, and fun. In addition to powerful worship and engaging discussions, the weekend will include opportunities for professional networking, service projects, and personal growth.

The conference begins Friday evening with a welcome reception at Anassa Taverna, where attendees can meet one another and officially kick off the weekend in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Saturday will feature the main conference program, including brunch, engaging sessions, meaningful conversations, and opportunities for spiritual and personal growth. Saturday evening, attendees will gather at the iconic Edison Ballroom for the 2026 YAL Gala. The evening will begin with a cocktail hour from 7:00–8:00 p.m., followed by dinner, dancing, live musical entertainment, and the gala reception from 8:00–11:00 p.m.

Sunday will begin with Divine Liturgy at the Cathedral, followed by a light brunch. Participants will then take part in a special Diakonia service initiative sponsored by Philoptochos, putting their faith into action by serving others. Finally, the evening will end with an unforgettable New York City boat cruise. Attendees will take in views of the Manhattan skyline and some of the city’s most recognizable landmarks while enjoying music, dancing, and fellowship on the water. 

Additional optional experiences will also be available throughout the weekend, including a Greek Takeover SoulCycle class and other special New York City activities. Conference attendees will also have access to accommodations at the Lexington Hotel, the official hotel of the 2026 YAL Conference.

Whether you are returning from a previous YAL event or attending for the first time, this weekend is an opportunity to experience the energy of New York City while growing in faith, friendship, fellowship, and service.
