Welcome to the Haus of Joy — where camp is couture, self-expression is sacred, and yes is always MORE!

This New Year’s Eve, Comfort & Joy invites you into our Afterglow, a technicolor celebration of queer creativity, chosen family, music and movement intertwined with a healthy dash of exuberant queer excess.

Wear the thing. Be the moment. Dance into a queer New Year together.

The dress code? Joyfully unhinged:

• Sequins.
• Leather.
• Feathers.
• Your Furry Fantasy.
• Rainbows and dayglo.
• None of the above / nothing at all.
• Something you made at 3 AM on a Monday.
• Something you picked up at a drag clothing swap.
• Something you know will have strangers stopping you on the dance floor.

This New Year, Comfort & Joy throws open the doors to the Haus of Joy — a celebration of queer imagination, radical self-expression, chosen family, and beautiful chaos.

Dress weird. Love loudly. Dance later than you should.

Legendary cups of warm Miso, face + body painting, a DIY makeup counter, community-affirming fire pits, a plush space for cuddling plus leather and chains in the sling room, early morning fruit flights after a midnight balloon drop and so much more await @ Afterglow New Year!
