This event is a July 4th party themed cruise. It is not designed as a formal sit-down dinner event. While a buffet is included, it will take place only during the beginning of the event and is not unlimited servings. 

3 Hour Premium Open Bar may include high-end brands such as:

• Casamigos, Patron, Black Label, Jack Daniels, Hennessy, Captain Morgan, Jameson, Malibu, Tito’s, Grey Goose, Kettle One.
• Red and White Wines.

• Location: Cabana Yacht at the Skyport Marina - 2430 FDR Drive, New York NY 10010
• Boarding: 6:00 PM
• Departure: 6:30 PM
• Return: 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM (Return time varies depending on the conclusion of the fireworks)
• This is a family-friendly event. All Ages. (No strollers)

Tickets are sold using on-demand / dynamic pricing. Ticket prices increase as availability decreases. For the 4th of July, ticket prices often rise significantly. Event may sell out in advance of July 4th.

• Departure time: 6:30 PM – SHARP !
• Open Bar is scheduled for 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM.
• Please be mindful of the traffic in Manhattan. Please allow ample time to arrive at Skyport Marina and locate the Cabana Yacht.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed on board.
• Guests under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
• Food is not unlimited servings. One buffet ticket will be provided to each guest.
• Views of the fireworks may vary on the vessel. Fireworks displays are provided at the discretion of local authorities (weather permitting). Return time may be extended if the fireworks show ends later than 10:00 PM.
• Cruise routes and sightseeing are subject to change without prior notice due to directives from the U.S. Coast Guard, local authorities, or event staff.
• This event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
• By using this ticket, the holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers of personal injury, disturbances, and other activities or incidents arising from or related in any way to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.
• Event producer is not liable, nor is refund warranted for claims due to changes in cruise schedule/itinerary, food menu, fireworks displays, and seating availability.
