Fortune Feimster, the Southern comic who hails from North Carolina, is most known for her work as a full-time performer and writer on E!’s hit show “Chelsea Lately,” and she can now be seen as a regular on Hulu’s “The Mindy Project.” It’s been a quick rise for Fortune who made her TV debut in 2010 on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” where she finished as a semi-finalist. Since then, Variety named Fortune one of their “Top 10 Comics to Watch” in 2014. She’s appeared on Fox’s “Glee,” CBS's "Two Broke Girls," Comedy Central's "Workaholics,” FX’s “Married,” and has had a recurring role on Fox’s “Mulaney” and E’s “After Lately.” She was also cast in the Tina Fey pilot “Cabot College” for Fox. From there she’s created two TV pilots that were sold to ABC, one with Tina Fey as a producer and one with Handler. When not acting, Fortune is headlining standup comedy clubs all over the country.
