901 Training Group would like to invite you to take control of your personal safety with this Women's Hands-on Self Defense Workshop, held by a competitive MMA fighter and Krav Maga Instructor. During this 2 1/2 hour workshop you'll learn practical, easy-to-remember techniques to recognize danger, avoid becoming a victim and defend yourself if an attack occurs. The class is designed for women of all fitness levels who want to build confidence and develop real world self-defense skills
