For the first time ever, Southside Preservation Hall presents the finest and an illustrious female impersonator pageant in Fort Worth, Texas. Texas Entertainer of The Year F.I. has a long history with many iconic winners and participants. It is a coveted crown sought by many and worn proudly with honor by a select few. Join us for an evening of pageantry with 4 fabulous categories: Creative Presentation, Creative Evening Gown, Onstage Q&A, and Talent. This event will feature live entertainment from contestants and judges from across the "Great State of Texas," and the country as we gather to crown the next Texas Entertainer of the Year F.I. 2026.

General Admission 

Texas Entertainer of the Year is a direct preliminary to National Entertainer of the Year. Texas Entertainer of the Year Fl began in 1991 and crowned its emeritus, Tasha Kohl who went on to take the crown for National Entertainer of the Year in the same year. Texas Entertainer of the Year boasts a list of contestants and winners of the Texas A-List of female impersonators over the years.

Texas EOY went dark for the several years as COVID-19 continued to turn the world upside down. In 2023, Bishop Mark Zorn, a longtime LGBTQ+ advocate from Dallas and widower to female impersonator, the late Sheri Powers of Dallas, and Oklahoma City, stepped up to become the new promoter of Texas EOY Fl. Mark continues today as the promoter of Texas EOY.
