    Get ready for a day packed with flavor, fun, and community spirit at one of Madison, Indiana’s most beloved traditions! The Soup, Stew, Chili & Brew Festival is more than just a tasting event—it's a vibrant celebration of local culture, cuisine, and camaraderie. Stroll down picturesque Main Street and experience the rich aromas of homemade soups, hearty stews, spicy chili, and craft brews. Enjoy live music, interactive activities, unique shopping, and beer & wine gardens that add even more flavor to the festivities.
     
    Soup Stew Chili & Brew isn't just a fantastic festival; it's a pillar supporting Jefferson County's strength and vitality. As a fundraiser for numerous area non-profits and local businesses, it contributes significantly to fortifying our local community.     Tickets & Merchandise
    Admission to the Soup, Stew, Chili & Brew Festival is FREE! However, all food and beverages inside the festival require festival tickets. Festival tickets are $1.00 each and may be purchased online in advance or at ticket booths throughout the festival on the day of the event. Merchandise may also be purchased day of. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
     
    Soup, Stew & Chili Pricing
    • Small (4 oz): 4 tickets
    • Medium (6 oz): 5 tickets
    • Large (8 oz): 6 tickets

    Beverage and additional food item pricing is determined by each vendor.

    How many tickets should I buy?
    The average attendee uses 20–40 tickets throughout the festival, depending on how much they plan to sample.
    Skip the Lines!
    Purchase your festival tickets and official SSCB merchandise online through MadTix before the event and save time on festival day. Pick up your order in advance and spend less time waiting in line and more time enjoying the soups, stews, chilis, brews, live entertainment, and all the festival has to offer!
     
    Ticket Pickup
    Advance ticket pickup is available at the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce (301 E. Main St., Madison, IN) during the following hours:
    • Monday, October 5th: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Tuesday, October 6th: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Wednesday, October 7th: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Thursday, October 8th: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Friday, October 9th: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Please note: Tickets purchased online after 4:00 PM on Friday, October 9th will be available for pickup beginning Saturday, October 10th at 10:30 AM at the Jefferson Street Welcome Booth.

    Merchandise Pickup
    Festival merchandise may be purchased online in advance and picked up at the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce during regular business hours prior to the festival (Monday-Friday | 9AM-4PM)

    Please note: Merchandise orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday, October 9th will be available for pickup beginning Saturday, October 10th at 10:30 AM at the Festival Merchandise Tent. Please refer to the festival map for the tent's location.
