In this special live edition of the Seacoast's No. 1 podcast, Dancing With the Stars alum, TV host seen on ESPN and NBC, 2012 gold medalist, motivational speaker, nonprofit founder, two-time author AND Exeter native Victoria Arlen joins host Troy Farkas for an intimate conversation surrounding her mental health journey, which she writes about in vivid detail in her latest book, The View Is Worth It.'
Join us at 5:00pm at Reedmor Books for a Book Signing prior to the Show! This cost includes a copy of the book and general admission to the live podcast.
Together, Farkas, 30, and Arlen, 33, will explore what led her to "rock bottom-ville," plus the tips and tricks she used to pull herself out of a years-long funk. Throughout the conversation, the two will also take questions from the audience, and will give an ear to anyone who wants to be heard.
Plus, prior to the podcast, Arlen will make an appearance at Reedmor Books & Brews for a special book signing.

Victoria Arlen is an accomplished TV host/reporter, motivational speaker, author, gold-medalist swimmer, and co-founder of Victoria's Victory Foundation. Her TV career started at the age of twenty while still in a wheelchair and has spanned more than a decade across several networks including NBC and ESPN. She has covered Special Olympics for ESPN since 2015. Victoria has achieved far more than ever imagined, especially after not being expected to live to 15 years old and facing obstacle after obstacle and achieving the impossible. Her achievements and story of survival have been recognized internationally and nationally, including by the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 list. Her first book Locked In was released in 2018, while her new book The View is Worth It was released this past May.
