Red Dragon Smokehouse Private Tasting

Chef Al Wilhelm and Pitmaster Rob Mendieta have teamed up to create a one-of-a-kind menu for our closest friends and supporters. On October 25th, join us at White Tiger on South Congress for the very first Red Dragon Smokehouse tasting dinner; an exclusive, invitation-only evening celebrating the debut of our menu and Rob Mendieta's birthday.

Red Dragon Smokehouse blends the bold traditions of Texas BBQ with the vibrant flavors of Asian cuisine. While the full menu is still under wraps, here's a preview of what you'll enjoy:

• Smoked Cream Cheese Crab Rangoons
• Smoked Chicken Spring Rolls
• Sweet Miso Cornbread
• Texas Caviar
• Pulled Pork Fried Rice
• Asian Cherry Baby Back Ribs

This private event will run from 6-9 PM, with live music by Kirk House throughout the evening. After dinner, the celebration will continue into the night with great drinks and even better company. Come hungry! 

The bar will be open throughout the event, serving White Tiger favorites along with a curated selection of Asian beers available for purchase.

Tickets are $65 per person. If you've received an invitation, you're welcome to purchase up to two tickets. Seating is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
