Once Upon a Garden RSVP Only - Pay Fee the Day of the Event
About
Step into a world of stories, nature, and imagination at Rotary Botanical Gardens! Once Upon a Garden is a playful one-hour experience for children ages 4–7 and their grown-ups, blending storytime with movement, music, dramatic play, hands-on crafts, and sensory exploration. Each session brings a story to life while children create, pretend, and discover both indoors and out in the Gardens. It’s a joyful way to learn, explore, and make memories together in every season.
Play and Learn at Rotary Botanical Gardens’ popular youth program series.

Event details & cost
The cost is $4/child (ages 4-7)
Older siblings are welcome to participate in story time and activities for $4 payable on the day of the program. Adult caregivers and older siblings not participating are free. Children younger than four are free.
Fees are used to help cover the costs for the activities developed for this program.
Due to the overwhelming interest in the Once Upon a Garden program, parties who do not pre-register for this class may not be able to attend, as there is a firm maximum of 25 participants. Families that pre-register their children for the session will take priority at check-in time. If you plan to walk in for the session, you may be asked to step to the side and wait until all pre-registered attendees have checked in, and then those who have walk-in status will be accommodated if space allows.
It is suggested that you pre-register in order to have a better chance of being able to attend the Once Upon A Garden program. Please note that this program is most suited to children ages 4-7. If you have children younger than four and/or older than seven who would like to participate in the program, they can do so for $4.00 per child. Adult chaperones are free.
If choosing to pre-register, no payment will be required at that time. Admission fee(s) will be collected on the day of each event.
Participants are welcome to explore the Gardens at the end of the program. No additional Garden admission fee applies.
