The Mountain State Forest Festival is taking over Elkins, and The Railyard is proud to serve as an official exhibit location during the 88th Mountain State Forest Festival!
Stop by The Railyard in Elkins Town Square October 1–3 from 9 AM–7 PM and explore several Forest Festival exhibits all under one roof.

Photography Exhibit & Contest
View entries from photographers showcasing nature, animals, people, places, black-and-white photography and youth photography. The annual contest is open to photographers of all experience levels, making this a great opportunity to see West Virginia and the surrounding region through a variety of perspectives.

Forestry & Wood Products Exhibit
Discover displays highlighting West Virginia’s forestry and wood-products industries — a tradition that connects directly to the Forest Festival’s longtime mission of celebrating and promoting the state’s natural resources.

West Virginia Christmas Tree Growers Association
Learn more about West Virginia-grown Christmas trees and the growers who help continue one of the state’s important agricultural and forestry traditions. Christmas tree exhibits have long been part of the Forest Festival’s forestry programming.
