About PACC911
PACC911 is a coalition of 150 animal rescue organizations across Arizona, working together to save more lives. We’re not a shelter or individual rescue. Instead, we support our rescue partners with the resources they need to help more animals find safety, medical care, and loving homes.
Through fundraising, Critical Care medical assistance, large scale adoption events, spay and neuter support, education, Chuck Waggin pet food bank, and community programs, PACC911 helps lift some of the biggest challenges facing rescue organizations. When our rescue partners have the support they need to say yes, more animals get the second chances they deserve.
