It’s Sound Off™ Yoga at The Metlo
Join us for another incredible Sound Off Yoga session with Newsha Rostampour and Special Guest Dj. An exploration of vibrations and frequencies, how the body, heart, and mind harbor so much energy, and it becomes a challenge to focus and let the mindless chatter and stagnant energy go. This will be a very focused Vinyasa class, with emphasis on focus, clarity, grounding, and creating stability through flowing balancing postures, and all course instruction and soothing background music flowing through your headsets.

About the instructor — Newsha Rostampour.
From a very early age, Newsha, aka Yogi Nikita, has loved being active. An athlete most of her life, she dedicated 9 years to gymnastics and dance, and continued later on by teaching gymnastics and breakdancing while also pursuing other types of modern dance well into her college years. A Colorado native, Newsha also progressed into a supported snowboard athlete which is when yoga really started to become a huge role in her life.
Newsha’s intense love for yoga flourished even more over time and she decided to pursue teaching yoga. She received her first Hot Yoga/Hot Power Fusion teaching certificate in 2010. Soon after, Newsha successfully completed Power Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and Yin/Restorative Teacher Trainings, and has continued to share her love for yoga, and music, ever since.
