Celebrate New Year’s Eve Napa style at The Meritage Resort and Spa as we welcome in 2018. We will offer multiple options for dinner, including dinners in the Estate Cave with Trinitas Cellars and a “Taste of the World” dinner and buffet in our Meritage Ballroom. Both dinners conclude with our annual ballroom celebration with midnight sparkling toast and balloon drop.
“Taste of the World” Dinner – Meritage Ballroom, 7 p.m., 8 p.m. & 9 p.m.
Remember your favorite vacation spot from 2017 or make plans for 2018 as you taste through cuisine from around the world. Our culinary team has trained and lived around the world and this menu is inspired by their travels with dishes from throughout Asia, Italy, France, the Mediterranean and South America. The United States and its culinary traditions have not been forgotten with recipes inspired by Texas BBQ, New Orleans, Napa and the bountiful oceans off our coastline. Throughout the dinner you can enjoy speaking with our culinary team as they serve you, while enjoying live jazz music.
$175 per person, 21 and over only (includes dinner and dessert, 1 glass of red, white or sparkling wine, live music, and Carneros Ballroom NYE Celebration. Additional wines by the glass or bottle and a cash bar will be available). Please note your ticket will say the event start time when printed (6 p.m.), we will see you at either 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. based on your dining preference selected. Private tables are sold out for the dinner, community table seating is available.

Winemaker Dinner with Trinitas Cellars – Estate Cave, 6 p.m. Reception, 7 p.m. Dinner (SOLD OUT)
End 2017 by celebrating with Trinitas Cellars on New Year’s Eve in the Estate Cave! This annual tradition sells out quickly and begins with a reception in the Estate Cave followed by a magnificent candle lit multi-course dinner. Each course will be paired with delicious Trinitas Cellars wines.
Reservations must be made through Trinitas Cellars. $269 per person/$219 per person for wine society members (includes dinner and dessert, wine pairings with each course and Carneros Ballroom NYE Celebration).

Carneros Ballroom NYE Celebration – 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
After dinner, dance the year away with our NYE Ballroom Celebration! This year’s celebration will feature live music from Entourage, dancing, New Year’s party favors, small bites after 10:30 p.m. (menu may include: Flatbreads, a French Fry Station, Popcorn, and Chocolates), and a sparkling toast with balloon drop at midnight. There will be a cash bar for all your libations. Bars will include two general service bars for mixed drinks, a “Top Shelf” bar including Moet & Chandon "mini" bottles and bottle service, and a Trinitas Cellars wine bar.
The Carneros Ballroom NYE Celebration is included with your purchase of the “Taste of the World” dinner or Estate Cave Dinner with Trinitas Cellars, 21 and over only. It is not available for purchase separately.
VIP Ballroom Experience - SOLD OUT
Looking to finish the year as a VIP? This elevated VIP experience includes reserved seating for your group near the dance floor (or another area if you prefer), a VIP server, and a welcome bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne (one bottle for every two VIP experiences purchased).
$80 per person, minimum order 2, 21 and over only. Must be purchased in addition to your “Taste of the World” dinner or the Estate Cave Dinner with Trinitas Cellars. This is not a ticket to the Carneros Ballroom NYE Celebration.
New Year’s Day Sparkling Brunch – Siena, 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Kick the New Year off with roses, football and a mouthwatering brunch buffet in Siena. All guests will be greeted with a welcome Mimosa or glass of orange juice, before they indulge. Enjoy chef prepared omelets, waffles and pancakes, beef tenderloin, seafood, and all your brunch favorites. A Bloody Mary and cash bar will also be available to help you welcome in 2018.
$50 per person (includes welcome Mimosa or Orange Juice and brunch; a Bloody Mary and Cash Bar will also be available)
$35 for children 4 to 15 (includes a welcome glass of Orange Juice and brunch)
