Join us for a festive evening where we’ll explore these treats and discover some great pairings. After this class you can consider yourself Valentine’s ready.
The class will start at 7 pm, but you are welcome to arrive early to purchase wine or beer to enjoy with the class. After the class end, we'll give you and your guests time to mingle while we cut-to-order any cheese from the class that you'd like to purchase so you can re-create the tasting at home. You also get 10% off all your purchases that night.

Cheese+Provisions is a small cheese, charcuterie and specialty food market in Denver’s burgeoning Sunnyside neighborhood. Our founder, Steve Duty, is a former cheesemaker/winemaker/ professionally trained chef who uses his love of food and a lifetime of tasting to hand-curate our selections. We have cheeses from near and far, but we specialize in hard-to-find American farmstead cheeses. Our selection rotates on a regular basis so can we bring you cheeses at their peak flavor and help you make new discoveries.
