ASSUMPTION OF RISKS By purchasing a ticket and attending The Whisky Extravaganza (the “Event”), you expressly assume any and all risks, whether expressly set forth herein, as well as any other risks and dangers incidental or in any way relating to your presence during the Event, including any risks that occur prior, during or after the Event or any risks that are not foreseeable, such as, any and all risks arising from or relating to the acts or omissions of others (including exhibitors, sponsors, Event attendees, venue owners or operators and their staff, employees and agents; or the Event organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents or designees). All items are non-refundable, all sales are final.
Refund Policy
The Whisky Extravaganza tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All events take place rain or shine.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation your funds will be returned excluding all service fees.
Age Restrictions
AGE RESTRICTIONS: The Whisky Extravaganza is open only to individuals 21-years or older. No one under the age of 21, including children in strollers or baby carriers, will be admitted. Identification must be present with ticket for entry.
Miscellaneous Restrictions
PHOTO POLICY By using your ticket/credentials to attend The Whisky Extravaganza (the "Event"), you grant SMSWE (and its ownership, affiliate companies, contractors and licensees) the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual, royalty-free right and license throughout the universe to (1) broadcast/stream live, and/or record (by photographs, film, video, tape, aural devices and any other method or device) you and your appearance (including your name, voice and quotations, image, likeness, actions, participation and performance) at the Event (the "Recordings"), and (2) use, modify, copy, distribute and/or exploit such Recordings for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to advertising, promotional, editorial and/or commercial trade purposes for and associated with the Event, future and/or affiliated events, and/or the Event’s sponsors, and each of their respective products and services, in any and all media, formats and methods of transmission now known or hereafter developed. Tickets are first come, first served with limited space available or while supplies last. Promotion discounts do not apply to service fee or applicable taxes.

Each TWE event offers a tasting session, masterclasses curated by industry experts, and culinary pairings.

Whether a whisky aficionado or at the beginning of your whisky affair, you’ll no doubt find something to ignite your passion at The Whisky Extravaganza. Join fellow enthusiasts in an exploration of a wide range of the most prestigious single malt, premium Scotch and other unique whiskies from around the world. Receive a special souvenir tasting glass to properly nose and sample from a selection of premium whiskies while indulging in delicious culinary bites. Our Masterclasses will take a deep dive into whisky distilling, flavor profiles, history, tradition and various brand portfolios in a fun and intimate setting. Masterclass registration is required prior to the event.
