About

Charles "Chuck" Briseno grew up in a small south texas town of George West. At the age of 12 he picked up his first guitar and found his true passion in life. Chuck eventually started writing his own music and caught the eye of local artist Bob Strause, lead singer and lead guitar player with The PEAR RATZ. Chuck and Strause wrote the song "Bottom of the Bottle" together which featured on The PEAR RATZ first album in 2006, "RAT NOW". Chuck then continued writing his own music and founded his first band, "Across the Tracks" in Beeville, Tx. CAREER At the age of 18 Chuck joined the U.S. Army and is still active duty. His Army career started with his first deployment to Germany and eventually Afghanistan with the 173rd Airborne. During deployment, was accepted to West Point and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Civil Engineering. While at West Point, he continued the "Across the Tracks" legacy and recorded new music. After graduation, Chuck was awarded "National Rock Star for the Day" and opened up for REO SPEEDWAGON, STYX, and BLUE OYSTER CULT in Fort Knox, Kentucky. Colorado is where he claimed his stake acoustically at venues downtown in Colorado Springs such as GASOLINE ALLEY. While living in Colorado, Chuck attended the Music Fest at Steamboat Springs where he met many good friends and artists with the same love for music. Chuck currently resides in Missouri where he still plays locally and still tours his home state of TEXAS!
