Andersonville Chamber of Commerce

Welcome to Andersonville. A neighborhood on Chicago’s north side, Andersonville is known for its Swedish roots, historic architecture, and bustling urban main street, Clark Street. When you arrive in Andersonville, you feel you have arrived someplace special. While our roots are Swedish, we are also recognized as the “shop local capital of Chicago,” supporting the largest network of local and independent businesses in the area. Home to one of Chicago’s largest LGBTQ+ populations, Andersonville is a community full of pride and a commitment to equality. Andersonville is for everyone.

  • 2021 Halloween On Catalpa

Come join us on October 30 from 10AM-4PM for a socially-distanced, trick-or-treat grab & go. All children will receive one bag of candy and each family will receive one pumpkin.  Trick-or-Treating is still happening in the business district from 11AM-4PM.

Time-slots are available from 10AM-1PM. After 1PM, we will open the event up to the public. The 10AM and 10:20AM time slots are sensory friendly and we will try to make the event less sensory stimulating and overwhelming for individuals who have sensory sensitivities. Please only sign-up for these time slots if you are your child would benefit from this accommodation.
