Celebrate Mexican Independence Day with us as you step onto the Siena Patio at The Meritage Resort for a fabulous Masters Tequila Dinner with Don Julio, hosted by Greg Bierwirth, a Don Julio brand ambassador.

Mingle with other guests throughout the evening and learn why for more than 70 years, Don Julio González’s passion for tequila pushed him to improve on every aspect of the spirit — from planting to harvesting to bottling — all to craft the world’s first luxury tequila. Now you have the opportunity to taste passion that defined his life that helped him to create the world’s first luxury tequila.

Throughout the dinner you will learn more about what makes Don Julio Tequila such a special and iconic brand throughout the world, how their growing, harvesting, distilling, and bottling practices changed the industry and how you enjoy tequila today. Our culinary team will also present each course and explain why each dish was chosen to pair with the specific Don Julio Tequila ranging from the light and sweet Blanco served during the reception to the full-bodied and complex 1942 Extra Anejo paired with dessert.
