City Girls is an American hip hop duo from Miami, Florida, consisting of members Caresha Romeka Brownlee, a Miami rapper (born February 11, 1994), known professionally as Yung Miami, and Jatavia Shakara Johnson (born on December 3, 1992) in Liberty City, Florida, known professionally as JT. The two have been best friends since middle school. The group's name derives from the pair being from Opa-locka and Liberty City, two of the roughest neighborhoods in Miami, Florida. They garnered attention after guest spotting on Drake's chart-topping hit "In My Feelings".
