The band consists of Jaret Reddick (lead vocals, guitar), Chris Burney (guitar, backing vocals), Erik Chandler (bass, backing vocals, acoustic guitar), and Gary Wiseman (drums, percussion, backing vocals). The band is best known for its singles "Girl All the Bad Guys Want", "1985", "Almost", and "High School Never Ends". Bowling for Soup has its origins in Wichita Falls, Texas, where Jaret Reddick (born Jaret Ray Reddick on March 6, 1972) and other members of the band grew up.
