Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring either your printed ticket or have your tickets available on your phone with the NIGHTOUT app.
What can/can't I bring to the event?

Email the Zoo.
What is the refund policy for this event?
No refunds, tickets are final sale.
