FAQs
Is my ticket transferable?
Yes. To transfer your Zoo Brew ticket to someone else, simply print the ticket and give it to that person (or email and have them print it out). They will need to bring the printed ticket AND their photo ID at event check-in, but the name on the ID does not need to match the name on the ticket.
Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?
Yes. A maximum of 4 tickets per type (VIP and GA) may be purchased at one time.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. You must be 21+ to enter and have a valid photo ID for entry.
Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring either your printed ticket or have your tickets available on your phone with the NIGHTOUT app.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Outside food or drink is not allowed at Zoo Brew, with the exception of pretzel necklaces. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. No smoking or vaping is allowed.

What is the refund policy for this event?
No refunds, tickets are final sale.
How can I get to the Zoo?
We encourage you to walk, bike, take the trolley or Waterfront Shuttle, or call a cab! There is limited parking at Zoo Brew for $11/vehicle. Cars may be left in the lot overnight, but must be picked up by 10 a.m. on Sunday.
