Kate Strobel is a Denver-based comedian whose unique style is as energetic as it is ingenuous—allowing her awkward charm to liven any room with genuine enthusiasm that’s contagious (in a good way). Kate was a semifinalist in the Comedy Works New Faces Contest and has performed at the Aloha and Chief comedy festivals. She produces showcases at Rita’s Law and Number Thirty Eight in Denver, which have quickly become two of the most reputable shows in town.
Brandon Patrick is a stand-up comedian and storytelling phenom. In addition to being one of the most in-demand performers in the midwest, he has shared the stage with DL Hughley, Chris Porter, Dick Gregory, Craig Robinson, Charlie Murphy, Harland Williams, Paul Mooney, Damon Wayans, and countless others. his debut album 30 for 30 for Thirty, debuted at #2 on the iTunes charts, and is available now. His comedy mixtape with super producer Ronnie Harris entitled, The Ballad of Trashcan—which is available online—debuted at #1 on the iTunes charts.
He can be seen on the newest season of Unsolved Mysteries. He also opened up for Chris Porter's newest comedy special A Man From Kansas and appeared briefly in an Oprah special. Are you impressed yet?
Following his groundbreaking win on NBC’s Last Comic Standing in 2006, Josh Blue has risen through the ranks to become a well-established headliner at venues throughout the world. In 2018, Josh crushed his set on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. In the same year, he was honored with a performance at the William H. Macy Gala at the prestigious Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, Canada. He wrapped up 2018 by recording his fifth hour special at his home club, Comedy Works in Denver, CO. Josh does over 200 shows a year, continuing to spread laughter and break down stereotypes of people with disabilities. His stand-up routine is in a constant state of evolution and his off-the-cuff improvisational skills guarantee that no two shows are alike. He most recently appeared on America's Got Talent, where he finished in third place.
Critics have said Josh is not a cerebral palsy comic; he’s a comic who happens to have cerebral palsy. However, his closest friends describe him as “a d-bag.”
Advance tickets (while they last) are just $15. If we still have them, tickets at the door will be $20.
