Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa is proud to announce a new series in partnership with Dr. Leah Gordon, ND, The Divine Feminine: Women & Hormones. This four part series will discuss and touch upon crucial matters in a women's life including women’s hormones, health, and healing.
The first class on June 20th will discuss the Foundations of Health for Hormone Balance. Learn the lifestyle secrets and tips you need to lay the foundation for hormonal balance and overall optimal health. This class will also cover topics such as whole foods, organic foods, when, what, and how to eat and also lifestyle medicine including topics related too sleep, movement, water, air, stress and our community.
The second class on July 11th, The Wisdom of the Menstrual Cycle. Understand the innate wisdom of your menstrual cycle, what is happening hormonally and emotionally, learn how to use your cycle awareness as natural birth control or as a fertility enhancer, and how to improve cycle irregularity.
The third class will take place on August 1st, Root Causes of Hormonal Imbalances. Discover the numerous root causes and solutions to symptoms of hormonal imbalance such as poor digestive health, fatigue, painful periods, infertility, hot flashes, weight gain, acne, and low libido.
The fourth and final class of the series will end on August 22nd with Mindset Medicine. Explore the complex and incredibly important role your mind plays in your health from self-love to your attitude on life. Leave with practical tips on how to Foster Your Feminine through self-care and mindset shifting practices.

Dr. Gordon is a doctor of naturopathic medicine, speaker, educator, and founder of Tribe Medicine--an integrative medical practice and educational platform determined to shift the health trajectory of our community, our TRIBE.
