Byron Bowers has built his success as an esteemed comedian, established writer, recognized actor, and passionate fashionista. Named by LA Weekly as a “Comedy Act to Watch”, Bowers has made his way through the talk show circuits, having made appearances on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Adam DeVine’s House Party, The Pete Holmes Show, BET’s Comic View, MTV’s Guy Code, and more. Bowers’ acting career has allowed him to explore different areas, ranging from KUSO to a regular spot on Showtime’s The Chi to a performance in the anticipated independent feature film HONEY BOY coming out in this winter.

The Virgil is a craft cocktail bar and entertainment space on the edge of Silver Lake in "Virgil Village", brought to you by Temple Bar Concepts, the owners and operators of the most legendary bar in Venice - Townhouse & The Del Monte original speakeasy. The Virgil's drink program incorporates fresh-squeezed juice cocktails coupled with an emphasis on sophisticated spirit selection and a full selection of bottled beer and beer on tap. The "Stage Side" features live music, djs, dancing, comedy and special events on select nights. The intimate "B Side" bar is the home of Venus the jukebox - free, diverse and "fully stocked with clothing-vaporizers like Etta James, Otis and D’Angelo." (Urban Daddy). The B Side opens NIGHTLY at 7pm for drinks until close and promises great craft cocktails and usually no cover charge. 21+ only with valid ID
