Once every year, for the last decade, X Games has inundated Aspen with flood lights, energy drink logos, hip hop we listened to in middle school, soggy jeans, and inflated egos. It will happen again, soon, this time however preparations are in place to create some semblance of sanity in the midst of the who's who guest list chaos. Tucked in the Airport Business Center, at the Aspen Brewery Warehouse, there will be a space to get loose, get warm, and get down to some funky body moving music.
The Human Experience, Coult-45, Berkel Beats, GeoDecibel and Nas-Ja will be pushing good vibes through the speakers, and a variety of local artists will be showing up to give it the visual pimp. Many of us have done the X-games "Maybe we can get in" bar hop. This year please come support the growing movement towards a vibrant local artistic culture. Not only can you get in, but we want you there and we want you grooving until the wee hours. There is no parking. Take the Bus to the event! Physics can be a pain in the ass, but we all know that there is a limited amount of bouncing bodies that a room can hold. You can secure your spot by stoping by the Aspen Brewery tasting room and purchasing an advance ticket.
