General Terms
COVID 19 SAFE:
We have implemented enhanced health & safety procedures in accordance with guidance outlined by our local state and city officials for you, our other guests, talent, & staff.

For your health and safety, and for the safety of others, you agree to follow ALL posted guidelines while attending an event at The Black Box.

There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public space. While we are eager to get back to the music and events that we love to bring to our community, we cannot ignore the impact COVID-19 has had on our community. To reduce the risk of COVID-19 spread we ask that all of our guests, talent, and staff adhere to all posted guidelines.

By purchasing a ticket, you are confirming the following items in regards to your personal health and safety of other attendees:
- No symptoms of any illness
- Haven't been in contact with an individual that's been sick for 14 days or more
- Haven't travelled in and out of "hot" spots facing high infection rates within the past 14 days
- Agree to follow all safety precautions set forth by The Black Box
- Temperature will be taken upon arrival to ensure you are not above 100.4 degrees.
- Must remain in designated table area
- Must practice 6 ft. social distance from other groups- Respect limited bathroom capacity    
- Masks must be worn at all times except when consuming food/beverages- Please wash and sanitize hands frequently
- Please respect and maintain social distance of 6 ft. between yourself and other guests/groups

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not in compliance with posted safety guidelines.
Refund Policy
All items are non-refundable, all sales are final.
Cancellation Policy
If an event is cancelled, your ticket will be refunded.
