San Diego LGBT Visitors Center
About
The San Diego LGBT Visitors Center is funded in part by the Southern California Equality Business Alliance- a partner funded organization. We launched in 2015, under the fiscal guidance of the San Diego Human Dignity Foundation: a 501c(3) organization. We are a coalition of businesses and pro-business organizations united as Partners In Equality, who believe that treating all individuals with equality and fairness is essential to maintaining San Diego’s and California's strong brand as the premier destination for LGBT and allied travelers. Our mission is to promote San Diego and Southern California through our visitor information centers, our equality directory, our media relations, advertising, website and our social media to; increase visitors for personal and business travel in our region, increase the length of their stay and increase the number of things they do. We strengthen the region’s economy by marketing metropolitan San Diego region, and the southern California region as a preferred destination for meetings, conventions and leisure travel for LGBT tourists and our allies. We educate our partners on issues facing the LGBT community and provide a united and powerful voice that advocates for equality and fairness for all people who chose to live or visit our region.
