Masters Dinner with Veuve Clicquot
Friday, May 12 – 6 p.m.
$180 per person (ages 21 and over only)

Our Masters Dinner with Veuve Clicquot is the perfect way to begin your Mother’s Day Weekend. Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy fabulous sparkling wines from Veuve Clicquot, one of the post prestigious and oldest Champagne Houses in France and learn more about its celebrated history from Francois Hurtel, a Champagne specialist from Veuve Clicquot and Moet Hennessy.

The evening begins with a reception featuring Veuve Clicquot’s Rich Champagne on the Vineyard Deck as you enjoy the sparkli ng’s playful characteristics and mingle with other dinner guests and Francois Hurtel. We’ll then sit down for dinner in the Estate Cave to enjoy a five-course dinner featuring your favorites from Veuve Clicquot including their Yellow Label Brut Champagne, Rosé Champagne, Champagne Vintages, La Grande Dame and Demi-Sec Champagne.

$40 per person (one glass of Yellow Label Brut Champagne or Rosé Champagne, plus three oysters and additional small bites)
$110 per person (one bottle of Yellow Label Brut Champagne or Rosé Champagne, plus a dozen oysters and additional small bites)

Enjoy a casual evening poolside with Veuve Clicquot and live music. Our culinary team will be offering your choice of oysters three ways while you enjoy other small bites and Veuve Clicquot’s Yellow Label Brut Champagne or Rosé Champagne by the glass or by the bottle.

Celebrate your mom with a special brunch at The Meritage Resort and Spa this Mother’s Day featuring Veuve Clicquot.

With live music in the background, our chefs have prepared a spectacular menu with all of mom’s favorites for Mother’s Day. Best part you’re leaving the cooking and the cleaning to us.

Start her day off with a rose and a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, then sit down in The Meritage Grand Salon as you listen to live jazz or on the Vineyard Terrace (limited seating available on the Vineyard Terrace) as you gaze onto the hillside vineyards behind The Meritage Resort. Executive Chef Ryan Rupp and his team have prepared an excellent menu with all the traditional brunch selections including mom’s favorites ranging from omelets to seafood and even a few childhood favorites like our Brioche French Toast station. Everyone will enjoy the vast selection decadent desserts to wrap up the meal.

While mothers, fathers and others enjoy Veuve Clicquot, a cash bar* and Napa’s largest Bloody Mary Bar*, children are invited to join us with our special Kids Only Buffet, Cookie Decorating, Face Painting, and Puppet Shows from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

About Veuve Clicquot
Founded in 1772, Veuve Clicquot is among the most prestigious Champagne Houses. Its extensive holdings, many originally purchased by Madame Clicquot, stretch throughout the top-rated areas of the Champagne region and are exceptional in size and quality. As in madame Clicquot's day, bottles age in the House's vast, vaulted cellars in Reims, portions of which were constructed some 2,000 years ago by the Romans. The remarkable Madame Clicquot (1777-1866) is considered one of the first business-women of the modern era. About Francois Hurtel
Francois Hurtel is the On Premise Manager for Moet Hennessy in Northern California. Francois is originally from Brittany, France, one of the only regions in France where wine is not made. After his French business degree, he had a chance to join a Champagne company in New York and represented Champagne only in 25 states of the Eastern Seaboard between 2003 and 2012. He then joined Moet Hennessy in Northern California, first as a Champagne Specialist and now oversees On Premise sales in Northern California.
