Three Dots and a Dash is hosting its first-ever luau and pig roast! Beverage Director Diane Corcoran is mixing up classic and modern tiki cocktails and will be welcoming talent from coast-to-coast.
On the luau line-up is three-time JBF nominee and Los Angeles’ leading cocktail authority, Julian Cox; U.S. winner of the Diplomatico World Tournament, Nick Meyer from Sprout L.A.; chief mixologist and beverage director for The Farm in Washington, D.C., Jon Arroyo; and Chicago’s own master of mixology Justin Anderson from The Promontory. Pitmasters Timothy Hollingsworth and Rory Herrmann from Los Angeles’ Barrel & Ashes, along with local Bub City’s Christian Eckmann, will be cooking up luau fare and Three Dots will provide an array of Polynesian-inspired snacks and cool tiki vibes.
The $100 admission pass includes traditional luau food and the pig roast, six (6) drink tickets and music by the Barefoot Hawaiians.
