Dress to impress. I|O requires upscale casual attire as it is located inside a 4 star luxury hotel.
Refund Policy
All items are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation your funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
Transfer Policy
Items in your order may not be transferred.
Age Restrictions
You must be 21 years of age or older to enter.
Miscellaneous Restrictions
COVID-19 GUIDELINES TO KEEP IN MIND:
• Guests must wear a face covering when not at the table & when interacting with staff. This includes when ordering or receiving food or drinks, talking to staff, visiting the restroom and walking to and from the entrance to the table.
• Tables must remain 6 feet from other tables & cannot be moved or selected. Please keep in mind we are an outdoor venue and some tables are directly in the sun.
• A maximum of 2, 4 or 6 people is allowed per group depending on table purchased. Larger groups cannot purchase multiple tables and those purchases will be canceled if placed in our system.
• Co mingling with diners at other tables is prohibited.
• All members of the party must be present to be seated.
• All guests must be seated at all times and there cannot be more guests than a table size is designed to accommodate.
• Table reservations will expire at 7pm and cannot be extended.
• We are unable to split checks or accept more than 1 form of payment per table. Table fee or reservation deposit will be applied prior to final check being delivered.
• The venue will fully close at 7pm this day to sanitize and reset for standard dinner service reservations arriving.

We have the responsibility to ensure these guidelines are followed at all times without exception.

Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. As we all know, this year is pretty different. However we are looking forward to welcoming you for a more relaxed event with plenty of sun, fashion, great food and drinks, and the "Greatest Two Minutes in Sports!"


Due to City and State guidance we are unable to have General Admission tickets and have instead adopted a table purchase only format. Bars will not be open for walk up service and all guests must be seated at their purchased table. There are group size limits (either 2, 4 or 6 people, depending on the table type purchased).
