Dream Downtown is a boutique hotel located in New York City’s Meatpacking District, with an emphasis on service and after-dark possibilities.  This year the hotel will open its doors to celebrate its 6th annual Halloween celebration, taking place in three venues across three different levels of the hotel: PHD Rooftop Lounge, The Gallery, and Electric Room.  Each level will feature a unique experience complete with world famous DJs playing the best in electronic, hip hop, top 40, and open format music.


PHD Rooftop Lounge - Manhattan’s premier rooftop lounge is located on the twelfth floor and flaunts uninterrupted views of the Hudson River and the Empire State Building.  PHD features timeless, luxurious finishes, a state of the art sound and lighting system, and two full service bars. The Freakshow hosted by WeWoreWhat. Music by Mike Tully & Cam Smalls.
