Refund Policy: In accordance with our Terms of Service, NYCNewYears.com does not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased on the NYCNewYears.com web site or via our mobile site. In addition, tickets purchased through NYCNewYears.com may be subject to a per-ticket Convenience Charge, which is non-refundable except in extraordinary circumstances where a venue was unable to honor your tickets purchased through NYCNewYears.com (i.e., if a show time is cancelled, no seat was available in the theater, etc.). Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the shows, performances, appearances, events, special events, classes, or other similar artistic showcases ("Event" or "Events") you wish to see. Once you have purchased Tickets, there are no refunds or exchanges for any reason including and not limited to: that you the ticket holder, ticket purchaser had a bad time, didn’t like the event, there were not enough people at the event, the act or artist was not “good” to your satisfaction, there was a death in the family, event was too crowded, the music went off for a period of time, the lights went on, the event was not long enough or any other type of excuse or argument that anyone can possibly create. Ticket holder clearly understands that if you are under the influence of alcohol or any form of controlled substances, or carrying weapons or a device to be used as a form of weapon that the venue/promoter reserves the right to reject you from entering the facility and you the ticket holder, ticket purchaser will NOT receive any refund or exchange.
Cancellation Policy: If for any reason, Artist/Performer/DJ does not perform, Ticket Purchaser will not receive any refund or discount on the ticket price. Ticket Holder/ Ticket Purchaser understand that they are attending each event because it is a New Years Eve party with or without an open bar. Ticket Holder/ purchaser acknowledges that any artist who performs at the event is there as a surprise guest. Ticket Holder/Purchaser understands that the artist may or may not perform on any given day. NYCNewYears.com does not control unforeseen problems with live performances and/or artist/performer/Dj cancellations. Ticket Purchaser agrees to hold NYCNewYears.com its promoters, Affiliates, third Parties and Employees harmless.
Age Restrictions: This is an 18+ Event!
Miscellaneous Restrictions: Tickets acquired from unauthorized sources may be fake, stolen, lost and are void. Resale of tickets at a price greater than the face value is absolutely prohibited. If for any reason, NYCNewYears.com and its partners/affiliates decide to move the event from one venue to another, NYCNewYears.com does not need to notify Ticket Purchaser by Mail or written confirmation. Ticket Purchaser/ Holder will not receive any refund or discount on the original ticket price. Ticket purchaser agrees to hold NYCNewYears.com and its affiliates, Promoters, employees and third party members harmless.

Can I get a refund?

Generally speaking, each event has it's own refund policy that is set forth by the event organizer or venue. Most events have a zero refund policy and there's nothing NIGHTOUT can do to process or offer a refund for you.

An event's refund policy is or was presented to you on the event page in the "Purchase Conditions" box located near the Checkout button. If you are or were uncertain about your event's refund policy, we recommend you contact the event organizer for their policy and any questions relating to a refund.
