Whether you are already a fan, you've heard it's all the rave or you are having gut issues and want to give this a try, Kombucha is for everyone and is surprisingly very easy to make. During this workshop, Happy Leaf Kombucha will be demonstrating what it looks like to home-brew kombucha, how to use kombucha other ways than drinking, and answer all of your kombucha-related questions. 



All proceeds support The GrowHaus' mission to ensure lasting access to healthy food. 



About Happy Leaf Kombucha:

Happy Leaf began in Denver, Colorado in 2013. Armed with passion and experience in the craft beer and nutritional health industries, we are in a unique position to create delicious, beautifully balanced and healthy kombucha. Our humble beginnings started with selling our kombucha at the Cherry Creek Farmers Market. As we grow, we remain community focused and strive to be environmentally sustainable. Our strict quality standards, innovative spirit and organic, seasonally driven ingredients have, and always will be, at the center of Happy Leaf Kombucha.


Our kombucha is more approachable, complex and refreshing than any other. We are constantly experimenting with unique flavors and combinations, and always giving our drinkers something fun and new to try. We hand select all of our ingredients to ensure the highest quality without cutting corners. We do things the hard way, acutally infusing ingredients into our kombucha to create our flavors.


Our kombucha is raw, vegan, and gluten free. We do not use preservatives or GMOs and never pasteurize, heat treat, or filter our kombucha. We choose only organic and source locally whenever possible. We take a lot of pride in what we put into our products, and you can taste the difference in every drop.
