Please note in accordance with Chicago mandates, certain regulations remain in place, including the requirement to wear face coverings at all times except in limited circumstances, such as when patrons are actively eating or drinking. These regulations currently remain in place even for patrons that are fully vaccinated.

By purchasing a ticket, you (the Purchaser) agree to the following:

-I|O Godfrey and The Godfrey Hotel Chicago reserve the right to refuse entrance to a person or persons under the influence, or whose conduct is such as to make him or her objectionable to other guests or the safe operation of the event.
-I|O Godfrey, The Godfrey Hotel Chicago and Oxford Hotels & Resorts, LLC shall not be held responsible for any injuries incurred throughout the duration of the event.
-Purchaser waives any and all claims against I|O Godfrey, The Godfrey Hotel Chicago or Oxford Hotels & Resorts, LLC in the respect of personal injury, damage, inconvenience, delay or any other matter arising at or from the event
- Purchaser consents to have their email address added to I|O Godfrey and/or The Godfrey Hotel Chicago’s email list so that they can stay up to date with any upcoming events and opportunities. Purchaser can opt-out from the list at any time.
-Purchaser acknowledges that they are 21 years of age or older. Purchaser understands that all guests that are under the age of 21 will not be allowed into the event and will not receive a refund. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification that they are at least the minimum age required for the event will not be admitted to the event and will not be entitled to a refund.
-Absolutely no outside food, beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles or containers of any kind may be brought into the premises. Attendees in possession of any of the above will be removed from the premises.
-Purchaser understands that there are NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES. All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Venue, in which case the Purchaser will be due a refund. Purchaser agrees that not attending the event does not entitle Purchaser to a refund.
-By signing this Agreement, Purchaser agrees to waive any right to dispute credit card charges for any reason other than cancellation by the venue. Purchase of the event ticket and presentation of the Purchaser's credit card constitutes an irrevocable contract by which the ticket is provided and no return of funds is due whether the Purchaser chooses to attend or not attend the event on the actual event date.
-I grant to I|O Godfrey, The Godfrey Hotel Chicago, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize I|O Godfrey, The Godfrey Hotel Chicago, Oxford Hotels & Resorts, LLC, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
-I agree that I|O Godfrey, The Godfrey Hotel Chicago and/or Oxford Hotels & Resorts, LLC may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, prices include all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available).
