The Gaslamp Quarter Association is pulling out all the stops this October 4th for The San Diego Union-Tribune Gaslamp Gala presented by GBOD Group! This will be a decadent evening of exquisite cuisines, inspired libations, unique fundraising, and live music set under the stars in the center of Fifth Avenue. Twinkling lights, and hanging florals, will adorn the sky as the sun sets on ornately decorated tables set with fine china for a three-course meal with wine and craft beer pairings.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER IS NOT PERMITTED AFTER THE ORDER IS PROCESSED. If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund minus the Convenience charge WHICH IS NEVER REFUNDABLE. If you encounter any issues at the event, you must contact info@gaslamp.org within 5 business days following the originally scheduled date via a trouble ticket inquiry at in order to request a refund and failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Not all refund requests will be honored. YOU CAN NOT EXCHANGE ITEMS OF YOUR ORDER PURCHASED FOR OTHER ITEMS FROM THE WEBSITE. YOU CAN NOT EXCHANGE ITEMS OF YOUR ORDER PURCHASED FOR MONEY TO USE AS CREDIT ON THE WEBSITE. REGARDLESS OF SITUATIONS SUCH AS INCLEMENT WEATHER, NATURAL DISASTERS, EXTENDED WAITS IN LINE AT TH E VENUE, FAMILY EMERGENCIES AND MEDICAL EMERGENCIES A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion. Gaslamp Quarter Association Customer Service If you have a problem regarding the Gaslamp Quarter Association website please contact us at (619) 233-5227. Shipping Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Tickets cannot be shipped to a PO Box address. Allow up to 5 business days for delivery for United States orders. Allow up to 8 business days for Canadian orders. If you enter an undeliverable address you will not receive a refund. Hence, if the package needs to be resent additional shipping fees will apply. Delivery can only be shipped to the billing address. Convenience Fee A non-refundable Convenience fee will be charged and will appear on your merchant credit card statement along with your order charges. Total amount is shown at checkout. By agreeing to these terms you signify that you have understood that the Convenience fee is non-refundable and agree to this Convenience fee. In most situations, a Convenience fee is always added to the price of the ticket. We make every effort to keep this Convenience charge as low as possible. This fee covers the overhead charges involved in box office operations not limited to ticketing software fees, credit card fees, labor, ticket stock, phone fees and more. Sometimes the Convenience fees charged are directed to us by the promoter, and sometimes includes fees all ticketing outlets are forced to charge for a show, such as venue facility fees, parking fees, etc. Thank you for supporting our independent business and understanding that this small fee helps to keep us in business. Return Policy If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. The Gaslamp Quarter Association is pulling out all the stops to celebrate the Historic Heart of San Diego this October 4th at The San Diego Union-Tribune Gaslamp Gala presented by GBOD Group! This celebration will be a  decadent evening of exquisite cuisines, inspired libations, unique fundraising, and live music set under the stars in the center of Fifth Avenue. Twinkling lights, and hanging florals, will adorn the sky as the sun sets on ornately decorated tables set with fine china for a three-course meal with wine and craft beer pairings. It is not every day that we can shut down the streets of the Gaslamp Quarter to dine, drink, and dance with abandon – now is our chance!


The San Diego Union Tribune Gaslamp  Gala presented by GBOD Hospitality Group begins at 5:30pm with a hosted reception at the Gaslamp Quarter Hilton Hotel, with a silent auction of incredible auction packages along with appetizer selections from 10 Gaslamp Quarter eateries and beverage service.


Once the silent auction wraps up, guests will descend to Fifth Avenue for an evening to remember. Dinner guests not only get to feast on spectacular menu items, or participate in a live auction but can make their way to the dance floor flanked by LED screens, live music and a raised stage.


The proceeds from the Gaslamp Gala auction will benefit the Gaslamp Quarter Association, the official non-profit 501(c)6 trade organization of the Gaslamp Quarter, as well as a new iconic Gaslamp Archway to be built on the north end of the district. Your donation will help to raise crucial funds needed for the ongoing development of promotional programming and capital improvements for the Gaslamp Quarter. Your contributions are wisely invested and leveraged to continue promoting and enhancing our amazing historic district! Don't miss this annual Gala!

About

The Gaslamp Quarter Association® (GQA) is a non-profit 501(c)6 merchants association, representing more than 400 businesses located in within the boundaries of the Gaslamp Quarter. The GQA is the second oldest Business Improvement District in the City of San Diego, having been established under City of San Diego Ordinance No. 15647 on January 4, 1982. The GQA is contracted by the City to manage and promote the Gaslamp Quarter National Historic District, and is partially funded by the City of San Diego’s Small Business Enhancement Program. The GQA’s operation is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors, and managed by four full-time staff members. The GQA Board and Staff works throughout the year to actively promote the Gaslamp Quarter as San Diego’s premier dining, shopping, and nightlife destination through community and media relations, special event production, management and growth of the Gaslamp Quarter digital footprint, and coordination of various promotional programs, member workshops, and forums for the benefit of our vibrant community.
