What the Challah?
Challah is a traditional, Jewish egg bread (similar to brioche) baked for and eaten on Shabbat every Friday, and other festive occasions. Whether you're looking to learn a favorite Jewish food tradition, or just want great French toast bread, we've got you covered. We'll make our own challot (plural) from mix to braid and share our secrets for mastering this bread in your home kitchen.
