Participating chefs to date include Bryant Ng, Matt Poley (Heirloom LA), Chris Oh (Butchers & Barbers), Eduardo Ruiz (Corazon Y Miel + Picnik), Vartan Abgaryan (Cliff's Edge) and Johneric Concordia (The Park's Finest), with more to be announced.
