Exposure 2015 is a beach workout series led by AMBTF trainers to support a variety of different charities each week. Workouts are one hour at Ohio Street Beach, which take place every Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 am, extending May 30th to September 5th.  All skill levels are welcome! The Exposure series will support a new charity each week, spreading awareness to important causes in the Chicagoland area – tickets are $10, and a portion of the proceeds from each weekend will be donated to the sponsor charity!
