Ticket purchasers must have their party checked in 30 minutes after doors open. Ticket purchasers will leave the names of their party with the box office upon arrival. Due to limited capacity, we reserve the right to resell the tables if a member of the party is not present.

- Must remain seated in designated table area / NO Standing & Dancing.
- Must practice 6 ft. social distance from other groups
- Masks must be worn at all times unless sitting down at table
- A server will be taking drink orders

Please enter through the front door. Masks are required for entry. Please take note of the social distancing markers on the ground and keep your space while waiting to enter. Once inside, your temperature and tickets will be checked. You will be briefed on our COVID Protocol and then escorted to your table.

We will be honoring one in one out, however, we can not guarantee patrons will want to leave.
We ask that if you are interested in walk up that you enter through the front door and inquire at the box office.

Bathrooms are limited to 2 people at a time. They will be cleaned hourly.

If at any time we observe you disrespecting the protocol, you will be asked to leave.
NO EXCEPTIONS.

Where to find my tickets?

Tickets are located in your account. You can view, print, email and even text them directly to yourself and / or your friends.

If you can't login or access your tickets it's possible that your email may have been entered incorrectly when you originally placed your order. Please give us a call or shoot us an email and we'll give you a hand.

Can I get a refund?

Generally speaking, each event has it's own refund policy that is set forth by the event organizer or venue. Most events have a zero refund policy and there's nothing NIGHTOUT can do to process or offer a refund for you.

An event's refund policy is or was presented to you on the event page in the "Purchase Conditions" box located near the Checkout button. If you are or were uncertain about your event's refund policy, we recommend you contact the event organizer for their policy and any questions relating to a refund.
