2) Select pick up time between: 5:30, 6:00, 6:30, 7:00 (Doors open at 5pm)
3) Choose desired dinner menu items (Each table must order one item)
4) SIGN IN through FB, Google, or create a profile
5) In “Order Notes” include the name of the person on your table reservation and their phone number
i.e. I am at John Doe’s table and the phone number is (805) 555 - 5555
6) Enter payment method and complete purchase
7) Pick Up at EOS during selected pick up time

Food must be pre-ordered before the event.
Guests are required to wear face coverings at all times unless actively eating/drinking. Guests must remain at their tables unless they are picking up food/drinks or using the restroom. Each table reservation includes a seat for 4 guests. No more than 8 guests can occupy a table or the space around a table at a time. Guests are not permitted to congregate in aisleways, between tables, or at food/beverage pick up.
Venue Info
All Personnel are required to use Face Coverings as required by the Face Covering Order, wash hands frequently, and maintain a physical distance of at least 6-feet to the extent possible. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the dining area. Contactless ordering & payment are encouraged.
EOS LOUNGE is in compliance with all local EHS Health orders as they pertain to outdoor dining. Additional information is available upon request. Designated areas/lines with markings are on the ground to indicate both directions and six-foot distancing.
