All items are non-refundable, all sales are fine. This Event is Rain or Shine.
If the event is cancelled, you will be automatically refunded. If the event is postponed, you will be notified and have up to (30x) days from the first written postponement notification to request a refund. All table arrangements are spaced 6' apart & socially distanced.
All performers will be +12' away from all guests at all times.
All tables & chairs are sanitized thoroughly before each event.

IS THERE A FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM LIKE A NORMAL COMEDY CLUB?
Yes, like most comedy clubs there is a x2 drink minimum per guest.
HOW DOES THE TICKET PRICING WORK?
Tables / Seating are extremely limited. Tables will priced for groups of up to (2-4x) -- at an avg of $30-$40 / per person, depending upon table location.
There are no discounts for less people. Due to the limited capacity & nature of the event, we can't sell individual tickets.
Seating will be first-come-first-serve based on the corresponding section of your ticket.
Tickets marked as "Additional +1 Guest" are ONLY to be purchased by people who have PREVIOUSLY purchased a ticket labeled "Table of 4x" or "Table of 2x". These tickets will not validate for anyone coming alone or without an existing ticket marked "Table of 4x" or "Table of 2x" ticket type. No exceptions will be made unfortunately.
Tickets are located in your account. You can view, print, email and even text them directly to yourself and / or your friends.
If you can't login or access your tickets it's possible that your email may have been entered incorrectly when you originally placed your order. Please give us a call or shoot us an email and we'll give you a hand.

Generally speaking, each event has it's own refund policy that is set forth by the event organizer or venue. Most events have a zero refund policy and there's nothing NIGHTOUT can do to process or offer a refund for you.
An event's refund policy is or was presented to you on the event page in the "Purchase Conditions" box located near the Checkout button. If you are or were uncertain about your event's refund policy, we recommend you contact the event organizer for their policy and any questions relating to a refund.
