Join us for a special afternoon of strolling, storytelling, and beer drinking.

We meet at Maplewood Brewery & Distillery.  Enjoy a beer while we chat with co-founder and head brewer, Adam Cieslak, and learn about the history of the company and tour their space.

From there, Chicago Brewseum founder Liz Garibay guides us on a short stroll where she’ll discuss the history of Avondale and surrounding areas.  We’ll pop into Frank & Mary’s, a neighborhood tavern with that iconic Old Sign hanging above, to chat a bit about Old Style history and maybe even throw back a beer.

Our final stop is just a quick walk away. When we arrive at Metropolitan Brewing, co-founder Tracy Hurst leads us on a talk and a tour of their beautiful riverfront taproom and brewery. She'll give us a beer too!

All proceeds benefit the Chicago Brewseum, a 501c3 organization dedicated to telling the story of beer.
